2-6 No Interstate Mod
PROBLEM: "Mod\View" or Report\Mod Page" commands fail to offer an Interstate option.
SOLUTION: Go to Help and About and check States field to be sure you are licensed to calculate mods for more than one Interstate rated state. Then check the Options field to be sure that "IS" for Interstate is also included in your license. After your license has been checked and found to be Interstate capable, click on Rate\Browse and be sure there is an "IS" item in your list of states. If not, go to the first blank field on the list and click the down arrow and select "IS". Then close the Rates\Browse page and do Mod\Recalc and Mod View to be sure you can generate an Interstate Mod.
