1-2 Monthly Update Disk Fails
PROBLEM: Rate Update Disk fails to load with Rate Disk in drive A:\ and clicking File\Update Program. May or may not display message "Error #321 - Invalid File Format While Udating Rates".
SOLUTION: This is likely due to a file conflict with a file in the Windows System folder (i.e., Dunzip.dll) conflicting with our DLL file in Mcwin folder. The easiest and quickest way to update your Mod Calc program is to load Mod Calc and repeat File\Update on a different workstation.
Another quick and easy way to update is to load Windows Explorer (right click start and left click Explore) and double click the "rates.exe" file on the floppy drive. Lastly, you can run Smart-Fix (see FAQ 2A & B) to eliminate the problem entirely.
