4-2 Mod Calc Icon doesn't respond

 

PROBLEM:   Workstation user clicks on Mod Calc icon and nothing happens.

 

SOLUTION:   Network administrator needs to check Mod Calc icons on workstations. If the "Start in" field does not have "\username" at the end of the path, Netsetup.exe, needs to be run (FAQ 3). Additionally, users should have full non-supervisory rights including "read & write" rights for both MCWIN and USER folders.

 

If the Mod Calc Icon has been properly setup, conflicts may exist with DLL/VBX windows system files that could be corrected by running the SmartFix program (FAQ 2).
