Local Users: Install CD and latest Year 200x Update Disk (you cannot simply copy the contents of the MCWIN directory from one PC to another as critical DLL files are likely not installed in Windows system directory.
Networks: Fix rights by assigning both read & write rights to Mcwin and User folders. If that does not fix the problem, install Network user by going to the Mcwin folder and running the Netsetup.exe program, then edit icon to be sure the "Start in" field contains x:\mcwin\username.
