2-1 File conflicts
PROBLEM: Depending on what programs you may have loaded on your workstation, there can exist Windows System file conflicts. Older or different date/size files such as MHGMUL.vbx, Threed.vbx, VBRun300.dll, etc. may have been loaded by some other software into your Windows System folder and may conflict.
SOLUTION: The solution is to run a Smart Fix for local (FAQ 2A) or workstations (FAQ 2B) with the problem.
If error not fixed after cold start, go to MCWIN folder and e-mail and attach all *.txt files to support@smart-comp.com along with a complete explanation of problem.
