· On-Line Help:   Includes Tutorials & Tech Support knowledge base at smart-comp.com available 24 hours a day.

· Program Help: Clicking the <F1> key or Help & Contents gives context sensitive help in the Mod Calc program  including Search and Glossary sections.

· E-mail Help:      Contact us any time at support@smart-comp.com.

· Phone Help:       Call 415/925-6750 Monday-Friday 8:30 to 4:00 PST ask for technical support or training.

· Fax Help:           Send help request to 415/925-6755 along with a complete explanation of problem.

· Manual Help:  Many publications can be sent or emailed to you upon request including Manuals, Quick Reference Guides, Tutorials and more, just call 415/925-6755 for information.

· Sales Help:      Just fax us a rating form and payroll information and we can assist you in your sales efforts. Depending on the work involved it may be absolutely free or a small fee may be required. We have helped many insurance professionals sell large comp accounts for many years.
