Phone Training

A simple training session is available for $50 per hour over the phone. Your company can have as many people on the phone as you wish. This training takes about an hour. It is intended to get someone up and running on the system but does not provide any education on Workers' Comp. A simple generic account is created and all the reports, charts and what-if's are reviewed.

In-House Training

In house training is available for the companies who wish a complete explanation of the software as well as a good education of workers' comp and how to sell and present with the software. This is an all day training session held in your office with as many people you would like to attend. First, an overview is presented. This takes approximately an hour to an hour in a half. It covers all the features of the programs but no key strokes are mentioned in this session. There are also tips on how to present and sell with this product. The first session is excellent for producers and people who must explain the reports to the clients. It explains where all the numbers come from and what they mean.

The second session is for anyone interested in learning how to operate the program. This session takes approximately four hours. All the programs are reviewed and explained. A generic account, both interstate and intrastate are created. All the features of the programs are discussed and the students will have a chance to ask any questions they may have.

The cost is $600 per session plus airfare from San Francisco, hotel room costs, $25.00 per day for food, and any transportation from the airport and the hotel to the office.
